Name: Pin Package-Installer at top Type: Yes/No Default: Yes

When enabled, the Installer is pinned to the top of the Extras menu in the manager. When disabled, it is positioned according to its menuindex like any other menu entry.

The value is read in core/src/Revolution/modMenu.php.
