Conversion and rewrite of the Evolution getDynaDescription snippet.
Creates Meta tags from a TV, the resource description field, or the resource content field.
Options to set the number of words to use from the content field, whether to create a full tag or just the content section, and what to use for the content of the description.
During the install, you can choose to create the TV, attach it to selected templates, and/or insert Meta tags in selected templates.
